I do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been shipped due to health and sanitary reasons.

Sizing

I am not responsible for incorrect nail measurements or sizes. Please ensure your sizing is accurate before ordering — double-check if needed.

Shipping

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they have been shipped. Please make sure you provide the correct address. All orders include tracking (unless unavailable). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur outside of the EU.

Processing time

Each set is handmade with love and care, so slight variations may occur. Please allow:

• 3–7 days for your nails to be made

• 1–2 weeks for shipping (depending on your location)
